Gina has an 18-year profile of success as a Business Strategist, International Marketer, Community Leader,
Public Speaker and Producer in the United States and international arenas. As Founder & CEO of Diversity Impact,
she builds "global bridges” for economic and cultural empowerment, driving synergies worldwide.
A visionary, she has founded successful business ventures and has pioneered dynamic growth strategies for
Fortune 500 Corporations, International Organizations & the Gaming / Casino Sectors. Gina has also produced
Hollywood casting showcases for Warner Brothers, HBO, New Line Cinema, etc.
A Community Leader, she has led USA organizations as Vice-President of the Asian Business Association,
Business Advisory Chair of the Organization of Chinese-Americans and Board Director of the San Diego
Asian Film Festival, the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce, the Philippine Tourism Advisory
Council, among others.
Gina has also served as National Chair of the National Asian Entrepreneur of the Year Awards (USA)
and Advisor / Supporter of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, World Trade Center, World Affairs
Council & key Multicultural Organizations.
She has been recognized in the United States as a Leadership Honoree by the National Association of Women
Business Owners (NAWBO), an Asian Business Association Nominee of the “Asian Entrepreneur of the Year
Awards,” and a Recipient of the “Leadership Sword of Excellence” by Rapport Leadership International
(participated by Fortune 500 leaders across the USA).
Gina has served as Featured Speaker for the American Marketing Association, Asian Business Association,
Organization of Chinese-Americans, Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce, Filipino-American Development

among others. She has spoken on topics in international business, marketing, diversity, multicultural
relations, leadership and personal development.
She completed a Two-Year Graduate Business Exchange Program (AIESEC) at Duke University, USA. She has a
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a BA in Communications from top private universities in Asia.
